David Dobrik was born on July 23, 1996, in Slovakia. His parents immigrated in the USA when he was five years old. They settled in Vernon hills along with his schooling and college in Chicago. He had two younger sisters Ester and Sara with younger brother Toby.
David started his journey in social media in 2013 and vine was the thing then. He then started uploading six-second vine video that was mostly comedy sketches and generally funny stuff. These videos gain some popularity at that time.
BY 2014 he had like 10000 followers in vine alongside he become part of group YouTube channel “second class” that was started on July 2015. They were uploading random videos like pranks, how to do videos and all. The videos were not that bad and they gain a subscriber base of 18000, which is good enough for a few month old channels. Later on, the channel was shut down on February 2015. This might be because David started his own individual YouTube channel on December 19, 2014. In fact, his last video on his first channel was about his new solo channel. However, he continues uploading vines till 2016 maybe not so regularly but gains over 1.4 million followers then.
